At 391, we offer you all the equipment necessary for practice.
Everything is in place for you before the lesson.

The courses are of a
duration approximately 70 minutes.

We offer you a herbal tea to enjoy before or after your class to help you relax and integrate.

Out of respect for the participants, it is not permitted to join a course once it has started.
